\nParticipate in marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and activations.
\nMarket Research & Intelligence:<\/p>\n
Monitor hotel market trends and competitor activities.
\nProvide weekly reports on customer feedback, market opportunities, and marketing performance.
\nSuggest new marketing ideas to increase visibility and sales.
\nCustomer Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
\nEnsure excellent customer service during and after sales.
\nFollow up on documentation, payments, and allocation processes.
\nBrand Promotion:<\/p>\n
Represent the company professionally during inspections, meetings, events, and presentations.
\nEnsure brand consistency across all promotional activities.

\nQualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
\n2 \u2013 5 years of experience in real estate sales and\/or marketing.
\nStrong selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
\nGood understanding of digital marketing and social media.
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.
\nSelf-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
