The Procurement Officer will manage the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services for the organization, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
\nThe role involves supplier management, inventory control, and adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.
\nNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
\nMaintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate with departments to forecast procurement needs.
\nEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
\nResolve supply issues, delays, or quality concerns promptly.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
\nProven experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality sector.
\nStrong negotiation and communication skills.
\nProficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
