Job Description<\/p>\n
To undertake all payment functions associated with recording, reconciliation and payment of both internal and external customers.
\nReview and processes all transactions for payments for services or goods procured on behalf of Stanbic IBTC group in accordance with the group\u2019s policies and guidelines.
\nProcess all local payments, ensuring vendors are paid timeously, correct amounts are paid and accounts are accurately allocated with proper authority obtained.
\nProcess all foreign payments (through IBC) for items, ensuring vendors are paid timeously, correct amounts are paid and accounts are accurately allocated and proper authority obtained.
\nReview and reconcile the prepayment accounts while ensuring accurate amortization and that there are no un-amortised amounts.
\nEnsure smooth run of month end activities, support Business units, manage\/monitor team in all month-end processes to ensure deadlines are met and there are no disruptions to day to day and month end activities.
\nNo disruptions to day to day and month end activities (Internal and External Stakeholder feedback)
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
B.Sc. Degree Finance and Accounting
\nICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria); ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or MBA can be an added advantage
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
1-2 years experience in Accounting field; Computer literate; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Accounting Software package
