You will work with an experienced Ethics Line team to provide whistleblowing services to clients beyond Nigeria.
\nThe primary focus of your role will be to ensure that subscribers to the KPMG Ethics Line are provided whistleblowing services in line with the firm\u2019s policies, local regulation and best practices.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and review call sheet memos Prepare and submit monthly\/quarterly summary reports
\nBe involved in onboarding of clients on the Ethics Line Platform as well as performing risk management activities
\nCoordinate administrative tasks such as maintaining client files and subscription renewals
\nBe involved in job economics such as invoicing and follow-up with Ethics line subscribers for subscription payment
\nPerform trend analysis and research on industry
\nMake presentations on research\/analysis performed
\nDevelop presentation\/awareness posters for clients
\nAny other tasks assigned by the Manager\/Partner
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
2-4 years experience of working in a reputable organization
\nMust be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by complainants
\nStrong analytical skill
\nStrong interpersonal skills
\nSelf-motivated, with ability to manage own workload and negotiate priorities
\nStrong organizational\u00a0skill and attention to details
\nStrong verbal communication and business writing skills
\nDiscretion essential with respect to preserving confidential information
\nStrong interviewing and probing skills
\nStrong organizational skills and attention to details
\nTechnical fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, research tools and an ability to test and adapt to new processes and technology
