operational excellence, revenue growth, financial control, and staff leadership.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.<br \/>\nMaintain high standards of guest experience, service delivery, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.<br \/>\nLead, supervise, and develop hotel staff, ensuring accountability and high performance.<br \/>\nMonitor revenue, occupancy rates, operating costs, and profitability.<br \/>\nDevelop and implement strategies to increase bookings, revenue, customer retention, and business growth.<br \/>\nPrepare and manage operational budgets, control expenditure, and ensure efficient resource utilisation.<br \/>\nEstablish and enforce standard operating procedures and service quality standards.<br \/>\nOversee inventory, procurement, maintenance, and the effective management of hotel assets.<br \/>\nManage guest complaints professionally and implement continuous improvement initiatives.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with relevant hospitality regulations, health and safety standards, and security procedures.<br \/>\nPrepare periodic operational and financial performance reports for management.<br \/>\nIdentify business development opportunities, strategic partnerships, and initiatives to improve the hotel&#8217;s competitive position.<br \/>\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n<p>Revenue growth and occupancy rate.<br \/>\nProfitability and operating cost efficiency.<br \/>\nGuest satisfaction and repeat patronage.<br \/>\nOperational efficiency and service quality.<br \/>\nStaff productivity and performance.<br \/>\nEffective asset and inventory management.<br \/>\nCompliance with operational standards and timely reporting.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.<br \/>\n7\u201310 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, with substantial experience in hotel operations and management.<br \/>\nDemonstrated experience in a senior supervisory or hotel management position.<br \/>\nProven track record of managing hotel operations, leading teams, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of hospitality standards, guest relations, budgeting, and operational management.<br \/>\nProficiency in hotel management software, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office.<br \/>\nRelevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nRequired Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Strategic leadership and people management.<br \/>\nStrong financial acumen and commercial awareness.<br \/>\nRevenue optimisation and cost-control
