\nDuties \/ Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
\nAnalyzes movement and use patterns of the space.
\nCreating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
\nConsults with client to select materials, furnishings, and d\u00e9cor pieces.
\nProduce photo-realistic 3D images or animations of proposed models, plans, designs, buildings and developments
\nCompiling finishes boards including color, furniture dimensions, furniture layout and finishes selections in line with client\u2019s requirements
\nproduction of rendering and post rendering works
\nUse of necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
