This is an on-site, full-time role for an Administrative Manager located in Abuja. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Overseeing administrative operations, managing office supplies,
\nCoordinating with various departments, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
\nOther tasks include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting management with various administrative tasks. You will perform other tasks as may be assigned.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
\nPrevious experience in administrative management or similar role
\nExcellent organizational and time management skills
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
\nExperience in inventory management and procurement
\nAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
\nProblem-solving and decision-making skills
