Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.<\/p>\n
Identify and onboard new retail, wholesale, and institutional customers.<\/p>\n
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at all outlets.<\/p>\n
Execute route-to-market plans, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely deliveries.<\/p>\n
Collect market intelligence on pricing, competition, and customer feedback.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage receivables in line with company credit policy.<\/p>\n
Prepare daily\/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.<\/p>\n
Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.<\/p>\n
Represent Najec FMCG\u2019s brand values of integrity, discipline, and execution in the market.<\/p>\n

Monthly sales volume and revenue achievement.<\/p>\n
Number of new outlets activated per month.<\/p>\n
Percentage of outlets with full product assortment.<\/p>\n
Timely submission of daily\/weekly reports.<\/p>\n
Customer retention and satisfaction scores.<\/p>\n
Debt recovery and compliance with credit terms.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree\/HND in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).<\/p>\n
1\u20133 years proven experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or related field.<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of Abuja and Northern Nigeria markets.<\/p>\n
Ability to communicate fluently in English; Hausa is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills.<\/p>\n
Must be proactive, disciplined, and target-driven.<\/p>\n
Good smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, basic CRM).<\/p>\n
