JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive

JOB LOCATION: Lagos State

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Service Executive helps customers with complaints and questions.
They tell customers about the product or service rendered.
They ensure customers satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
The main duties of a customer service executive includes: feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and maintaining customer accounts by recording account information.

Ultimately, you would be responsible for building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

If you can multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and you have HND/BSC in any related discipline and a reputable institution, We’d like to meet you.
