Location: Lekki, Lagos.

We are recruiting for a high-performing and experienced Project Sales Officer to help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for identifying and pitching product sales to potential customers.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.


B.Sc. degree in a related field.
Previous sales experience as a project sales officer.
Previous experience in a real estate or construction company.
Female applicants for gender balance.
Excellent networking and communicative skills.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven.
Proficiency in MS Office e.g., Word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
Proximity to Lekki e.g., V.I, Yaba, Oworoshoki, Ajah etc.


Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Salary: N250, 000.00 (additional bonus on target met)
