Mission Coordinator

We require the service of Ministry Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that there is growth and expansion of the volunteer workforce fostering togetherness.

Location – Lekki & Gbagada

Job responsibilities
⦁ Responsible for the planning and executing the workforce recruitment campaign
⦁ Responsible for a viable, vibrant and enviable workforce, providing adequate support and guidance to the respective ministries.
⦁ Provide welfare for our volunteer force and manage people issues, conflicts etc.
⦁ Ensure departmental small groups are created and functional within the workforce. Also liaises with the Small Groups Coordinator to achieve set goals.
⦁ Manage volunteer exits within tolerable limit
⦁ Responsible for planning workers meeting bi-monthly.
⦁ Maintain and update workforce database and submit weekly report
⦁ Responsible for the training and deployment of leaders
⦁ Responsible for starting new departments in church
⦁ Responsible for starting new departments in church

Qualification /Requirements
⦁ HND/BSc in any relevant field
⦁ Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferable in a similar environment.
⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
⦁ A committed born-again Christian, with a personal and active relationship with God
⦁ Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
⦁ Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
⦁ A versatile and good communicator who is passionate about people.
⦁ Must be a leader and have the ability of pastoral leading.
⦁ Must be able to translate strategy into action.

Net Salary – 250,000 plus other benefits
