We are looking to recruit a female Graduate Trainee in Corporate Sales & Marketing to join our business development in Nigeria.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive aligned business development plan.
  • Developing business plans – making presentations and business pitches targeting high potential clients.
  • Identifying new business prospects and establishing relationships for follow up and closing business deals
  • Account management – maintaining and managing relationships with clients and ensuring client requirements are met
  • Writing proposals and preparing presentations for new business pitches

Candidate Requirements

  • B.Sc in any discipline
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing desirable (1 – 2 years)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills (amiable, friendly and engaging)
  • Skills, abilities, and attributes
  • An ability to think strategically, keep the structure and focus in the face of challenge
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to harness, analyse and interpret data
  • A creative and innovative problem solver, able to deal with complexity and uncertainty
  • An ability to build relationships with people of diverse experiences, at different levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A commitment and desire for continued learning and development

Remuneration
