Our client, a top-rated Health Insurance company in Lagos is searching for the service of Sales Executives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieving business and market growth targets for the organization
    Meeting specific targets of bringing in new clients monthly
  2. Negotiating contracts with potential clients to secure new businesses
  3. Achieving significant market penetration in accordance with the set targets
  4. Thorough customer engagement/ feedback, generation of ideas for new products/niche markets enhancement
  5. Generating reports to update management on the activities of the unit and proffer advice for business generation and overall marketing and people resourcing strategy
  6. Other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements

  1. BSc/HND from a recognized institution
  2. Minimum of 3 years Sales experience in the Health Insurance Industry (Compulsory)
  3. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Excellent presentation skills
  5. Progressive track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals

  2. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
  3. Relationship Management
  4. Financial Planning skills
