Job Description of Sales Representative
Industry: FCMG
1. Sourcing for new sales accounts.
2. Following up and collection of all payments
3. Ensuring constant increase in sales revenue from key accounts
4. Coming up with new ideas to increase sales.
5. Ensuring Stores are never out of stock.
6. Responsible for achievement of Primary and Sale Target (Secondary Sales Target) assigned on a Monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis
7. Responsible to ensure store coverage of all Paxo products by ensuring all new products are listed in stores.
8. Ensure prompt delivery of stocks to customers
9.Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Department as at when due.
10. 100% compliance with Sales processes and systems for assigned retail chains.
11. Building relationships and ensuring superior customer service to various key accounts.
12. Reporting of Sales achievements against targets in terms of volumes and values etc.
