Our client, a pharmaceutical distribution company requires the service of marketing executives. The Marketing Executive is to champion the voice of the customer, putting customers and users at the center of marketing strategy. Support the sales team by generating high quality leads, optimizing customer engagement and retention.
Location – Abuja
Job responsibilities
o Understand our audience profile, professional challenges and information needs, and articulate how our publications serve to support them
o Create and deliver an annual marketing plan, budget and timeline aligned to the marketing strategy to meet lead and attrition targets
o Generate marketing qualified leads through integrated multi-channel marketing activity, by generating interest, awareness and demand for Pharmaceutical Press information. Including website, email, search, social, events, external advertising and partnerships.
o Nurture relationships with prospects, customers and users with targeted personalized automated marketing campaigns.
o Deliver multi-format marketing assets including email templates, landing pages, forms, long form content, info graphics, video and graphics, in partnership with third parties or using in-house marketing technology.
o Embodies the Pharmaceutical Press marketing language and style in all communications
o Measure, analyze and report on marketing activity effectiveness
o Create a consistent first-class customer and user experience
o Attend marketing conferences and exhibitions to support marketing campaigns and elevate brand awareness of our core and specialist resources
o Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and create efficiencies through process improvement.
Qualification/Requirements
o HND/BSc in Pharmacy, science and any relevant field
o Minimum of 3-8 years’ work experience in Marketing of Pharmaceutical product
o Ability to think and act strategically
o Good written and verbal communication skills.
o A writer of impactful copy
o Employs strategies to move leads through a marketing funnel
o Commercial acumen to develop sales-led marketing initiatives
o Interprets and works with numbers
o Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
o Candidate must be reside in Abuja
Salary – N100, 000 – N150, 000 Plus other benefits
