Business Development Executive

Our Client, an international real estate company require skilled and competence individuals to assist in the customer sourcing, acquisition and conversion function majorly to fill the role of Business development executive  and report directly to the Line Manager.

 

Location – Lekki area of Lagos

 

Job responsibilities

·         Actively seek out sales opportunity through cold caling and mailing, networking and social media and every other strategy with the aim to optimize employer client pool

·         Set up meeting with potential client

·         Prepare appropriate presentations of product/services

·         Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conference

·         Create frequent review and report with sales

·         Collaborate with teams to achieve better results

 

Qualification and requirements

·         OND/HND/HND in any field

·         3-5 years  experience in real estate sector or any related sector

·         Good customer service skill

·         Client engagement ability

·         Good communication and correspondence skill

·         Report writing

·         Proximity to Lekki is compulsory

 

Salary: #150,000 – #200,000, + commission, HMO, Pension and 13th month leave allowance
