Customer service representatives’ recruitment


Our Client, an international real estate company requires the service of skilled and customer centric individuals to assist in implementation of customer service strategies and fulfill its customer service objectives and report directly to the Line Manager.


Location – Lekki area of Lagos


Job responsibilities

·         Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times

·         Responding promptly to customer inquiries

·         Communicate with customer through various channel

·         Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

·         Processing orders forms, application and request

·         Keeping record of customer interaction, transaction, comment and complaints

·         Communicating and coordinating was necessary

·         Providing feedbacks on the efficiency of the customer service process



Qualification and requirements

·         OND/HND/HND in any field

·         3-5 years  experience in real estate sector or any related sector

·         Good customer service skill

·         Candidate must be presentable , smart and responsible

·         Good communication and correspondence skill

·         Report writing

·         Proximity to Lekki is compulsory



Salary: #100,000, + HMO, Pension and 13th month leave allowance
