An Hr outsourcing company requires the service of a business development manager to assist in the area of planning and implementing client acquisition strategy in line with the company business objectives and achieve expected client acquisition target and report directly to the COO. 

Location – Lagos

Job Responsibilities 
You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Perform other duties assigned by the COO

Qualifications and requirements 
OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
3+ years of sales or account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts

Salary – Very attractive + other incentives
