Legal assistant recruitment

Our Client, an international real estate company require skilled and competence Legal assistant to provide a broad spectrum of legal services and report directly to the Attorney.


Location – Lekki area of Lagos


Job responsibilities


·         Provide administrative support  when necessary

·         Handle communication with client

·         Administrative support and attends trials

·         Prepare case brief and summarize depositions, interrogation and testimony

·         Conduct  investigation and statistical / documentary research

·         Locate and develop case relevant information

·         Type up and base basic legal document and correspondence

·         Answer and direct  phone calls

·         Maintain contact list

·         Monitor deadline and juggle calendar

·         Perform other task assigned



Qualification and requirements

·         Degree  in Law

·         Relevant certification is an added advantage

·         3-5 years  proven experience as legal assistant or legal secretary

·         Familiarity with law, legal procedure and protocols and court system

·         Satisfactory knowledge of day to day operation of legal office

·         Computer literacy

·         Working knowledge of case management software

·         Excellent secretarial and organization skills

·         Proximity to Lekki is compulsory



Salary:  Open to negotiation / HMO, Pension and 13th month leave allowance
