You are a business acquisitor and growth catalysts and you are to assist in the area of planning and implementation of all kinds of sales strategy in line with the vision of the company, meet sales quota and report directly to the Line manager.

*Location*: Surulere, Lagos

*Job type*.- Full time / Remote

*Job Responsibilities*
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the HR consulting industry

Qualifications/ Requirements:
• HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the Consulting industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, while driving revenue growth in the servicing industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
