Our client, a well-extended trading company in sales of Sanitary Wares with its HQ in Lagos requires the services of a competent experienced and dynamic ADMIN OFFICER who will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and general office management tasks.

This individual should be able to ensure the administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Job Description

 

§  Manage office supplies stock and place order.

§  Organize a filling system for important and confidential company documents.

§  Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

§  Monitor and receive office supplies and place orders where necessary, with proper record/book-keeping of stock through manual and electronic documentation.

§  Supervise the administrative assistant(s) in the discharge of their duties.

§  Coordinates meetings by ensuring all presentation materials and other logistics are available to facilitate meetings.

§  Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.

§  Make travel arrangement for staff, such as flights booking, car hire pick up and drop off when out of station duties.

§  Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies from vendor.

§  Source, maintain and update the vendor Management System database.

§  Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner on behalf of the company.

Qualifications / Requirements:

§  Fist Degree in a related field, such as office administration, may be preferred

§  Proven 2-3 experience as an Administrative Officer

§  Solid knowledge of office procedures.

§  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

§  Proficient with the use of office management software like MS Office

§  Strong organization skills with a problem-solving ability.

§  Must be proactive

§  Must be willing to use own initiatives to get things done

§  Must have knowledge of how to use standard office equipment.

§  Must be committed to excellent customer service delivery

Salary Range

N75,000 – N100,000 Monthly
