We are recruiting the post of Field and Digital Real Estate Marketers

We currently seek the service of Real Estate Marketers in various parts of Nigeria. Successful Candidates will be responsible for the sales of our Estate and Land across the Country.

Duties & Responsibilities
The duties & responsibilities are not limited to the following:

1. To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
2. Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.
3. Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
4. Design/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.
5. Arrange/design advertising to promote the property(ies)
6. To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
7. Present the Group to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.
8. Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with clients till closure

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

1. Generate new leads on weekly basis
2. Increase social media presence by 5% monthly
3. Increase the number of apartments sold in a month.
4. High rate of customer feedback- The number of buyers who have signed you as their exclusive sales agent.
5. Proper inventory of apartments available.

Qualifications

Degree in Estate Management or any relevant Social Science or Arts discipline.
3 – 4 years’ experience in sales of Real Estate
Ability to implore the use of digital marketing platforms will be an advantage
Good presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.
Key Skills:
Proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs within a real estate sales role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness.
IT skills.
