Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
o Managing brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
o Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
o Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as working with the Business Development team to develop new business opportunities
o Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
o Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
o Competitor and customer insights analysis
o Keeping up with competitors across markets to keep up to date with trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
o Measurement and evaluation of marketing communication campaigns, reviewing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
o Supervising advertising, product/service design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
