Our client, a top lounge in Lagos requires the service of *CONTENT MANAGER/SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER* Your main duty as a social media manager / content creator is to keep a top-notch content by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents with an ultimate aim to drive sales. Earning  a good business reputation for the business and a wealth of pertinent marketing experience.

*LOCATION – Magodo phase 2*

*Job Responsibilities*

·         Running company social media advertising campaigns.

·         Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign with creative intelligence.

·         Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

·         Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

·         Monitoring the company’s brand on all social media.

·         Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.

·         Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

·         Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

·         A collation of customers’ feedbacks to harness their views, complains or any vital suggestions and to be submitted for adequate care and urgent attention going forward for the company

·         Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

*Qualification and Requirements*

·         ND/HND/BSc in any Field

·         5 Years Relevance Work Experience as *CONTENT CREATOR, SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER*

·         Understanding of graphic design and digital principles Is a must

·         Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

·         Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

·         Actively listen; paying attention to customer feedback includes looking back over the data, as well as listening in real-time and effectively solve them.
