We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system. Recording information as needed. Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
- Coordinating events as necessary. Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Experience as a virtual assistant. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Requirments:
- Minimum of National Diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as an office assistant.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with good communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
