We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system. Recording information as needed. Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
  • Coordinating events as necessary. Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Requirments:

  • Minimum of National Diploma.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as an office assistant.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
