1.      Preparation of Cash/ Bank Vouchers, Ledger, day book and cash  maintenance

2.      Preparation of Profit and loss account; statement of financial position, establishment and maintenance of files related to accounts payable /receivable

3.      Cash/ Bank reconciliation, stocks taking, coordination of  sales and purchases, and issuance of receipts

4.      Management of office and site, processing of suppliers bills

5.      Payment of salaries and wages and coordination of business operations

6.      Management of petty cash

7.      Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements


a.     A BSC /HND in Accounting or any other finance related course

b.     A professional qualification. ACA or ACCA

c.     A sound knowledge in the use of accounting software, preferably TALLY ERP

d.     Excellent communication skills

e.     Expert in MS applications

f.        Skilled in online banking

EXPERIENCE:  At least to 5 years post NYSC
